What Does Crew Council Do?

Crew Council members meet twice a month (sometimes more!) with Mrs. Mendoza, Ms. Zanghi, and Mr. McHugh. They help by giving feedback and suggestions on planning special events or improving the school building and culture.

Crew Council helps conduct community meetings and welcomes families to our school events by holding doors and greeting them.

Crew Council leads three community projects. PJ Day for the Kids, Read Across America presentation, and a project determined by Crew Council.

Crew Council is the VOICE of Sánchez School, and often will speak to visitors on behalf on the Sánchez community.

Crew Council members welcome new students to the school and help them get to know their new school.
